I had my AC replaced by Cerrone recently. Easy to schedule appts, quick quoting, friendly staff, and the technicians were thorough. Will continue to use them for service of furnace/AC moving forward.
Tech fumbled around trying to replace a part. Didn't know what he was doing. Then was there for 6 hours and I was charged $140/hr for the entire time he needed to learn how to screw in a simple piece. I don't mind paying premium price when I'm getting premium service - they are not that anymore unfortunately.
Justin was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional, answered all my questions and took care of our furnace and AC.
I was the Tennant living in a home, Cerrone was called to fix a water issue by the landlord who gave my name as the person living at the residence. So in return when the landlord stiffed them on the bill, because they didnt fix it right the first time and they had to come back and fix it again I got sent the bill. I have called them many times stating I was the Tennant. Their response was "well we can't reach the landlord" so now I am in collections for a bill that wasn't even mine to begin with. We used Cerrone for two separate issues today. Service was fast and excellent. From the delightful person who helped me on the phone to the very capable techs, everyone was great. Prices are fair, service fast and good.
