I cannot recommend Margaret at Cerrone Jewellers enough. From the moment I walked in, she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so easy, calm and enjoyable. Esmeralda was so wonderful to work with in creating my custom engagement ring. She was incredibly patient with me despite my many questions and even a design change halfway through the process. She never became frustrated and was always kind, helpful, and understanding. She replied promptly throughout the entire process and would even give me a heads-up when she had days off. From discussing the idea right through to delivery, she was flawless to deal with. Thank you Esmeralda for helping bring my beautiful ring to life!
Bought 3 rings for wedding etc….1 engagement and 2 wedding rings. All 3 have gone back within a few years. 1 was completely remade and the other issue was apparently caused by regular wear. Bent out of shape and missing diamond was the result and advised not to wear jewellery when pushing pram or opening a door which was ridiculous. You will get ridiculed and I argued an engagement ring is made to be worn and not put in a box.
