We were after a black Diamond ring, we went to several jewellery shops even our regular one. They will get back to us, not one did.We walked pasted Cerrone's in Sydney stopped in and had a chat to Natasha, she said see had a supplier and she would get back to us.She did call and said she found us a good Diamond. To cut a long story short the service and patience she offered was amazing, we had ideas she offered advice backed with many years experience. Really bad experience such a bad customer service I placed an order online and the staff is not even responding after messaging so many times no response really frustrating even after paying so much
Cerrone were excellent! Alison helped me with an engagement ring and was incredibly supportive (and patient) throughout the whole process. We were considering a few jewellers and are so pleased we went with Cerrone. We could not be happier with how our ring turned out. We would highly recommend.
