Its a nice place to live, Erika is always easy to contact. I have never had an issue, as long as I've communicated with her. The way her and All of the staff keep up with everything is amazing. If there is ever an issue, she is quick to follow-up, ask questions and find a solution.

I lived in Cerro Vista Apartments for 11 years. I lived very comfortably. When I reported that something had to be fixed, it was always fixed. I always thought it was a quiet area. The manager, Erika, was always very kind and respectful. I always really liked the way she treated us and listened to us.
I have been working at cerro vista apartments for years. The property and units are always well maintained and clean. Erica the manager is very kind and is very easy to work with. She’s always there if I have any questions or need a little help.
Great manager!!! Great Property!!! Centrally located close to everything.
