As anyone whose every left their vehicle at a dealer to diagnose/repair they do so with the understanding the money authorized to perform such job. You cannot change your mind once diagnosis/repair has begun. I was not invasive not assumed what industry she was in when on our phone system her calls came in from an automotive business in which I will not mention due to possibly her using business time to conduct her personal affairs.
