This review is not based on the doctor. My experience and interaction with the doctor was fine, but this is based on this office and their practice. I came in for preventive care, which is covered 100% by insurance. They asked me to come back in for a follow-up to a blood sample they took. All they did in the follow-up was give me the results and told me everything looked fine, however, they then charging me $96 for this pointless follow-up visit. Today 12/20/2023 I had my yearly check up with dr. Kim at 1:30 and my husband had his at 2:00. I called in on November to make my appointment. I walked into their office today and a woman named Dilated, Deployed,…something like that walked to me with a rude face, telling me that I am wrong and I have amnesia and there is no appointment in the system. look at the near yours local doctor's office and changed the customer services. you the rude and bad services in the town. bad bad front desk womon still there ? oh my god.................never visit again.
