Everyone who comes to this dealer. Please do not trust them. We agreed to a price. Then filled credit app info out. And after running our credit 3 different times. Dropping my credit, they decide to raise the price by $2,000. Even after agreeing to a price. Please stay away from this dealer. If I knew the price was $2,000 higher than agreed price I would have never let them run my credit possible ruining my chances to even get approved at another dealer. Thanks for nothing
RecommendedLove my new q60 red sport. Got a great deal. My salesperson was very smart and professional. The Finance manager had me wait for over an hour before he saw me. He obviously gets commission on his up sales and became pissed when I kept declining them. Left him two vm’s after I got home and never got a call back. No bueno Infiniti:(. I would still buy a car from them again but I would kindly ask for a different finance guy.

I gave you guys 5 stars in December, but since then you guys don't deserve any stars. You continue to not return my calls because I continue to get notices from the DMV about the registration of the car that I traded in on 12/21/17, they still show me as the registered owner. AND I received a notification of a parking violation dated 1/16/18 on the same car I traded in on 12/21/17. I'm so confused as to how this happens when you guys boast about Customer Service. I should have kept my business in Torrance. You guys stink!!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jesse Bastidas. He showed us around and we test drove the Q50. Joe Rodriguez worked his magic and got the numbers right at what we wanted. Definitely this is the place to stop for car shopping!
I had a great experience at Cerritos Infiniti, my car had a recall makeup which was done , was washed as I sat in the waiting area with nice customers having tea, coffee, cupcakes, donuts and pastries , watching tv, using the Wifi to checkout some things, like to thank the service person “David Mercado”
My experience was great all the sales men were excellent. I drove off in my dream car and it was the fastest experience ever. The best was the receptionist in front she was so polite and helpful she gave us soda and help with our children. I had the best time at a dealership ever.
