Don’t waste your application fee here. They are very unprofessional and rude. After I paid the application fee, they never called me back even if I left several voicemails. Even if I submitted documents through Gmail, due to their email system, they couldn’t see them, but they just said we are going to cancel and not moving forward. I’ve been visiting many apartments, and this was the WORST. Now I can see why there are so many vacant rooms and the bad reviews on Yelp.
Juan helped my mom out on really short notice today fixing a shower door that had come loose from its track. Outstanding work! He was kind, clean, and complete. Made sure the job was done and done right. Genuinely makes my mom happy to live here to have such great staff around. Thank you Juan!
This community is one of the best places to live in the area, offering convenient access to all essential facilities. We have lived in this apartment for the past eight years and have consistently enjoyed peace of mind. The staff is cooperative, attentive, and highly responsive. In particular, Juan has been exceptional—he is one of our favorite team members and always resolves any issues in our unit promptly.
Lovely apartment to stay.we stayed for 8 years here. Maintenance staff is very friendly. Especially Juan is very knowledgeable, respectful and finishes the work quickly and cleanly.
