Overall a 3.5 experience. Parking is 100% a big perk of living here can park multiple cars inside the property 10/10. Laundry room always have a problem, either the washing machines are out of order or the dryers are out of order, plus people leaving their clothes there 1hr+ unattended made the laundry situation more difficult. Vincent walked us through the entire process and made it extremely easy. The Leasing office staff are so helpful and very easy to get ahold of!
Very excited becoming part of this community it been a week so far so good Management Emily has been exceptional in answering any concerns I have also any issues that may arise, very quiet and peaceful great amenities well explained.
Anyone who wants to live here should check out their Yelp reviews. I lived there about 15 years ago, had to deal with cockroaches. Even recent Yelp reviews within the last 6 mo - 1 year show that the roach problem persists.
