The 2 hour workouts are filled with warm ups, instruction, drilling exercises and plenty of free wrestling. I didn’t know much about the program a few months ago but I’m sold on the coaching staff and their wrestlers.

Amazing clean accessible venue. I’ve been coming to the cif finals for years and it always amazes me how secure and all staff so an amazing job. I did not meet her but a friend I was sitting with was talking to Karen the person I assume that was in charge and yesterday as well as all other years I’ve seen she has done an amazing job with always impeccable customer service :)
