We have purchased three cars from Cerritos Penske and have had all of our service done there. Brought our car for service Saturday, picked it up and by Sunday noticed the tires rubbing. Brought it back and someone had zip tied the undercarriage. They are charging us over 500.00 to fix it. The car was only in their possession, it’s obvious their employees did this. I absolutely LOVE Cerritos Auto Square!!! I bought my Rubicon there in 2015 and have had nothing but stellar service!!! The workers are top notch, very attentive and on their game! I live in Torrance and refuse to go to my local Jeep dealership because CAS is worth the distance! I just had an oil change and running boards installed yesterday and they did a fabulous job...fast and efficient! Thank you Harry in the service department, you rock!!! You will always have my business!!!
Test drove Honda HRV not the CRV. Love the ride just not the salesmen! Too bad they weren't as professional as I expected.
