My experience was awful, they posted a Honda Accord 2.0 2018 on 1/21/2021 for $21995.00, the next morning the same car was 23995.00 and today the same car now is $24995.00. That is call price gouging. Look it up definition of price gouging "Price gougingoccurs when a seller increases thepricesof goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. Usually, this event occurs after a demand or supply shock."

Sales department wasted my time and money. I was in contact with John, the internet sales manager. I told him i was interested in test driving the RDX, MDX, and MDX hybrid AWD with A-spec package. I checked the website and it showed the vehicles were there. I'm near the end of my current lease and am very close to the mileage limit so driving the 60 miles round trip put me over. horrible experience with the service department especially with this rude advisor name WANHDEE NGONEVONGSA !!! I don’t know why this kind of people in this business and don’t know how to talk to his customer with respect!!! what a Shame . I will never go back to see him. Thanks to the sevice manager for helping me .
They were great.
Response was swift, their customer service was okay, but they will not work with you if come in with your own financing. Traveled over 60 miles one way three times and they still would not sell me the car. So other than that I guess they’re okay to deal with.
Very Nice sales staff, always willing to help.
