CarGuru advertisement states it is a black edition. I called the dealer they said it is a black edition. I purchased this Honda pilot thinking that it is a black edition Honda pilot. I got home and found out from my brother that I purchased a special edition not a black edition. Did I get bait and switch?
I entered Cerritos Acura on Monday, July 3rd, with the purpose of observing a previously owned 2022 MDX. Unfortunately, I found it lacking in visual appeal. Nevertheless, our salesperson Cruz Ramirez graciously presented alternative choices for my consideration. John N. responded very promptly via email regarding my inquiry about the vehicle I was interested in. Dealership was clean, salespeople were very helpful upon my arrival. Would have liked the finance mgr. to take a little more time explaining costs and fees during the signing process, but overall a very positive experience.
