I went in for a haircut, specifically saying “I like the length of my hair so max 3 inches off and long layers” but instead ended up with 6+ inches cut off, very choppy and uneven. I walked to my car, had a panic attack, went back two hours later desperate for it to be fixed. They tried and failed miserably. Thankfully the manager was willing to refund the absolute worst haircut of my life. I’ll never go back.

Tony is absolutely amazing. Walked in to get a trim. Had severe anxiety about having too much cut off because I've been growing my hair for 6 years. He made me feel comfortable and in control. Walked out feeling like a million dollars

Let me start my saying my beautiful, healthy, copper hair is now neon magenta and I’m horrified. I have never ever had a salon experience like I had at Ceron yesterday. I am biracial and clarified that fact at the time of booking as sometimes these salons aren’t used to working with coarse hair. I specified that my copper hair needed touching up and I’d like to have it just a bit more red for the winter.
