Have not had issues with the Center. I've been going to it over 6 years and have always been able to get Appt I needed as well as utilize a few of the services they provide there. Parking is free, just make sure to get a slip from the front desk or pharmacy.
I have not had good experiences with the wellness center and would not recommend them which is unfortunate because it would be convenient to be able to use their services as an employee.
I didn't have a problem with the Wellness Center until they changed to Marathon. Now, apparently, you can't call in prescriptions anymore after hours. They just removed that service. Didn't ask me, didn't even tell me. I just had to find that out the hard way. I'm getting really tired of this trend.
Scheduling is a mess. Talked to them multiple times bc they kept “double booking” so asked me to move my appt. Once I moved it, they confirmed it on the phone twice before hanging up. Show up to be told it was never moved, and someone else is booked at that time, and that I was schedule for my original time that they made me change. What a waste of time… they make it such a pain so you don’t use the benefits.
