I went in last night in EXCRUCIATING foot pain last night. They said they could not really do anything to address my issues and acted like I was lying about my pain. Seemed like they just wanted to finish their shift. Didn’t even do an xray. Fortunately I was able to see a competent doctor this morning. TURNS OUT I HAD A BROKEN BONE! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves, disgusting and disappointing.
Highly recommend Cermak Immediate Care! Very Friendly staff and Doctor's, also quick and easy check in. Nice and clean as well!

Although this clinic is fast and cheaper, they do not offer quality care or treatment.I went in with a cat bite and they gave no tetnus shot, barely looked at the wound, didnt clean the wound, or prescribe any antibiotic gel - only antibiotic pills. Thus leaving the wound vulnerable to infection. When I asked how to care for the wound he said dont do anything, just take your antibiotics.
