The medical assistant who took my vitals and blood work was a bit unpleasant could be because she was pregnant she could’ve been irritated but so was I!!! I just expect them to but a bit more courteous seeing as this is their job the physician was nice and patient with me and explained things well, the medical assistant however needs more training on how to deal with patients who are already irritability as well!
It was the worst medical care. My son needed antibiotics, but he didn't prescribe him anything—not even for his fever. I had to take him to the emergency room because they told me he had nothing wrong with him.
Dr came in and it was all business. Fast and direct. Great experience!
Came here with a fever and there was maybe 1-2 people waiting. A pretty empty day, I thought I would take AT MOST 30mins wait time. But no, ended up waiting over an hour just to see if I had strep throat. Keep in mind that it was an empty Sunday with 4-5 rooms and 4-5 people working. Worst place ever, don’t ever come here if you’re in a rush. And the best part is that they call themselves “immediate care” maybe they should think about changing it to slow care.
