Pretty solid negative experience overall. High premium for aggravating service
Be prepared to pay after your audit. Paid over 300 a month, no employees, no claims, and still got a final invoice for over $1800.
This is not a true workers comp insurance business it is a scam!!!
I had Cerity for my workers comp for four years, they canceled my policy and went back all four years and changed my code to a higher one to bill me $11,000.00. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and thee is no response or willingness from them.
They are one of the most difficult companies to work with, I have worked with many insurance companies for my business and never had an issue until I worked with Cerity. After I did not renew with them, the insurance audit almost came back double. After setting a payment plan with them, random charges started to come in outside our agreed payment plan.
