I went with Cerise Floral Studio for my wedding florals. I can not describe how amazed I was with the service and quality/quantity of the flowers I got. The meetings with Samantha were smooth and she informed me of changes to the invoice or flower colours before she went forward with anything. I had a great experience with Cerise Floral Studio. The staff were easy to deal with, professional, and clearly know their stuff. The arrangement I ordered looked really good—fresh, well put together, and exactly what I was hoping for. It held up well and got a lot of positive comments. Ordering was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything was ready on time. Solid spot if you need quality flowers in Edmonton.
The delivery was made one day late, and only after I personally called them. They completely forgot to deliver the order on the scheduled day and did not notify me at all — no call, no message, no email. My friend was home the entire day waiting. Only after I contacted them the next day did they finally make the delivery. This company is extremely unreliable, and I do not recommend using their services
I received a birthday arrangement from Cerise and was absolutely blown away! I’m usually quite particular about style but this arrangement was a perfect match for my taste. The designers here really understand their customers and are highly skilled. Thank you for making my birthday so special!
