I am a pregnant patient in my second trimester who transferred care to Cerise Bush. I scheduled 2 appointments with her and she did not see me either time. Instead, a midwife was sent to see me who I cannot find on Silver Cross' website. When I received my insurance claims, I was billed for a doctor I did not see; I was billed for Dr. Cerise Bush instead of the midwife who saw me. Dr. Cerise Bush is phenomenal! She truly supports you throughout pregnancy and helps ease any anxiety you may have. She is caring and thorough, always happy to address any concern I have. She helped me achieve my VBAC and having a supportive doctor made all the difference! I highly recommend Dr. Bush!
I've been a patient of Dr Cerise Bush since I started seeing an OBGYN at 19. 17 years and 3 babies later, the first being an emergency c-section, I wouldn’t have another OB. I delayed moving so that I could make sure she delivered my children. We are like family at this point. Her calm disposition is exactly what you need when dealing with the excitement of birthing children. I trust her with my life, literally.
I was nervous coming here because of all the negative reviews but decided to base it off of my own visit and Im glad I did. The nurses are wonderful and Cerise isnt rude, she just has a monotone voice that may make someone feel she is disinterested in what they are saying..which I can see would turn some people away but she still had a funny personality and made the experience comfortable. She is informative and I felt heard the whole time. I will be back!
Dr. Cerise Bush from Silver Cross is the worst gynecologist I've ever had. Terrible bedside manner. Condescending and rude. Vibes terrible walked in the room wi a chip on her shoulder, really sweet 1st impression. Since when do gynecologists not check hormones??? She was also mad I refused a mammogram. Told me to see a functional Doctor that she wasn't the right Doctor for me ...um what?! I'm here for my PAP and a breast exam?!?! I would have walked out if I didn't want my PAP and breast exam.
