I have had a great change in my ability to organize my thoughts in a calm way, since my Cereset sessions. I can accomplish more tasks without my brain going crazy from all the disruptions that we have day to day. This was an added bonus to better sleep that I was hoping to achieve. I love the “tune ups” that I go back for every month or two, when I start feeling out of balance again. My college junior just started to help with studying and anxiety!
