Nothing but a dog for slum Lord associations, to add. The neighborhood he is requesting payment for looks like crud and just last week, a 25 year old kid was shot to death in the parking lot over a drug deal...really?
Sadly, does not respond to emails or return phone calls. I thought he had potential.
