AMAZING experience here. I got my wedding dress last spring for my summer wedding this year. They were so helpful, kind, and when I needed help with some extra fabric afterward for my dress they did above and beyond to help me with my request. Would 100% recommend to any future bride!!
The customer service here is terrible. My friend came here to purchase the dress of her dreams that she saved up for only to be disappointed and let down by them ordering the wrong dress. I understand mistakes happen but they will not own up and make it right they won’t even give her money back or a fraction of what it costs so she wasn’t put thousands of dollars. Ceremony was the most amazing experience I have had! I previously tried multiple other bridal stores and found the atmosphere very overwhelming, ceremony was peaceful and an absolutely amazing atmosphere.
