Dr. Cereesa Longest was amazing. Had a new patient appointment with Dr Longest at her Elk Grove office, and was very pleased. Extremely knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and was very friendly/kind.Only waited ten minutes before I was seen. My husband also had a new patient appointment with Dr. Longest and was pleased as well. We will also made an appointment for our daughter.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have been in healthcare for 17 years, my sister for 12 years as an NP and never have we ever been threatened by a provider with DCFS for rescheduling an appointment, then finding a new provider. That is exactly what this "provider" did. One appointment was rescheduled. My sister had twins, she is a full-time nurse in a facility, and is going to school full time to finish her specialization. She was exhausted and rescheduled by 1 day, this place threatened her with DCFS for doing so. ... read more
Never ever would I take my child there. She is the pushiest most arrogant doctor I have ever met in my lifetime. Not getting into details but they don’t like it when you cancel appointments and want to change doctors!! Beware!
