I started using Cercacor's Ember device in the spring of 2015 when it was a beta device and have been using it daily every since. The continued improvements and additional markers have added more to the device. I have used it to monitor how my body adapts to altitude, but also how my body is responding to hard training and an increased training load.
I have been using Cercacor with the Ember App daily as my training load increases in preparation for the Ironman season. The device is engaging, interesting, and easy to use! By supplying real biomarkers non-invasively, it verifies my progress and helps me make informed decisions in my training and recovery.
To have this sort of biomarker information in an athlete's toolbox is such a great aid in training/recovering smarter and racing harder! Interesting for non-competitive athletes (like me), too!
Being able to measure hemoglobin trends non invasively outside is of the hospital is a huge game changer. I have been using it for many years inside the hospital. The technology works!
A product that will change the way athletes track their biomarkers and make critical decisions based off the knowledge gained, forever!
