The electrical room beeps for hours on end at least every other month. They have to call a tech from LA to come fix it.
Did not let me cancel my lease at the start of the pandemic unless I paid their 450 extortion fee, which I was completely broke spending the last of my money to travel home before the shutdown. They now refuse to budge. I never even stepped foot in the apartments and they expect me to pay for 12 months rent
Great place to live. Very cute apartment setup that comes with an actually comfortable couch and nice kitchen. The staff are friendly and often throw events in the lobby. The lobby also has study rooms and a small gym attached where you can workout without walking to the crowded one on campus. It’s also got a cheap vending machine with Coke products 🙌. I recommend living here as it’s nice and a great location for SDSU students.
This is my first semester at Cerca and they have been treating me so good with the maintenance crew and with the front desk as they answer all the questions i have with my contract.
Love how close cerca is to campus, and the events are always great! The leasing office is also very helpful!
