I called to schedule an appointment and asked if they take my insurance and they said YES. I went the day of the appointment and before filling out paperwork clarified If I was in network they said YES. Took X-rays did a consult when they came back to talk about the work I needed done the person told me price may be different since we are OUT OF NETWORK. I got so mad yall know why? Poor service, just like every dentist office you’re suppose to get a cleaning. It was my first time here and i didn’t get a cleaning. Like what kind of dentist office doesn’t perform a cleaning on your 6 month preventative care. This will be the last time i ever come to this dentist. When u go to a dentist after xrays, the dentist comes and talks to you about further treatment. They have the receptionist come and talks about it to you. Also talking pictures of your teeth with a cell phone is very weird. My daughter also had ... read more
