Substandard Workmanship & No Corporate Support. These photos tell it all. I paid almost $3,000 for a full ceramic and front PPF for my brand new car. Silvering throughout the PPF, major lifting and overhang, jagged edges everywhere. I tried reaching out amicably and was ghosted. Always check the work in detail before providing payment. A call to Ceramic pro corporate did nothing- they do not back their “Elite dealer” marketing. Update: installer reached out to me shortly after this review went live on Wednesday 5/6.
Brought in my black 2025 GMC Denali EV that I recently purchased that was a demo vehicle. Had some surface marks on the paint from being washed a ton of times prior to me purchasing it. Ceramic Pro East Portland took the time needed to make its black paint look brand new again! Now it looks like it just came off the assembly line with its full ceramic and front end PPF coating. Went there for a full PPF job on the Supra plus all the windows tinted….Evan and his crew made sure I was taken care of every step of the day, I really appreciated the way they handled my car and made sure everything was up to my liking.. they also included to Ceramic coat my wheels / tires and break calipers for no charge at all…thank you again!
