I was trying to problem solve getting a second level on my small BGE for indirect cooks with low profile foods like chicken and sausage. I had an idea formed through looking at a number of forums and videos, and they improved upon it during our discussion. First cook tonight with a spider, stone, drip pan, and the modified, inverted woo with a cooking grate welded to it they made was everything I’d hoped for.

Just wanted to share a really great customer experience I had with Tom and the Ceramic Grill Store!! I was recently watching one of his Tuesday tips videos and heard him mention that they updated the rig design and offered to update any older versions.
