I had a wonderful experience with John. From giving me a reasonable estimate to starting and completing my floors on time I was pleased with how professional and knowledgeable he was. I will definitely recommend Ceramic Creations to other people.

John was a great person to make initial contact with and set up our custom backsplash installation. The guys who did the work were very skilled, kept the space clean, and were easy to talk to . Very happy with the process start to finish and I'm so glad Floor and Decor recommended them to us.

The process to get my new floors was great. Chris was transparent and his crew was efficient. The floors are flawless and we love them. I highly recommend Ceramic Creations!

Stay away from this installer that was part of the installer program at Floor and Decor. Started out great with the quoting process and went downhill from installation on. Once they were paid in full, the follow up was terrible. I did get them to come back and fix a few things but sent them several pictures and videos of the flooring on our stairs that wasn't attached and sliding out when you walked on the stairs! Never heard a word again from them to get it fixed. I ended up paying another contractor to come and fix their m... read more
