I put how he destroyed my life on other site on union sq site in detail. 20" rods i didn't authorized broke 2x .Dr Michael Shapiro re did his surgery from 9/11/03 and Feb 2004.Dr Shapiro was Dr Cerabona student in August 2011 redid surgery screws weren't capped and rods broke again
