After buying a cord of wood from a competitor and getting “burned” with an excess of wood that was too long I was referred to Cerbino’s by a work associate. I explained what size I needed as well as the short amount of time In Which it was required (2 days) and they came through on all counts. The wood was perfect and the service friendly and efficient. I’ll be ordering from them again!!
I have been buying fruitwood and hardwoods for smoking food in a large wood fired smoker for a number of years now. I call to see what is available and they cut it for me fresh and load my trailer up. I have won sanctioned BBQ Competitions with their wood. Thank you.
They sell you seasoned wood and then deliver unseasoned wood. Plus they do NOT deliver a cord. If they have problems figuring out a cord, then they should stack it for no charge. So if you want to buy wood that is ready to be burned, don't buy from them. Its absolutely disgusting what crooks these guys are - and they have no remorse for their poor service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE GUYS.
What a bad experience. First they delivered wood too large for my stove, the wood was also wet and heavy, unseasoned. I had them come back and take the over sized wood away (thinking they would make good). They replaced with less wood than they took away! I had ordered two full cords and only received about 1 and 1/2 cords at best. I stack my wood in rows 8' x 4' so it is very easy to tell when you are cheated. There is no saving money on heating cost here.. Try someone else.
Do not buy wood here at all costs! I ordered 3 cords of their "seasoned" wood. I only got 2!! I crossed stacked them in standard 4 ft x 4ft x 8ft cradles. Worse yet, they are nearly fresh cut wood with mixed in seasoned wood at the top pile! I can't burn this stuff unless I want creosote to build up thick in one month's time. I thought it was short when he dumped it but the delivery guy "Joe" told me if was actually more than 3 cords. I even tipped the guy. I left 2 messages and no one has called back.
