Horbile company!!!! I know why sooo many people I know agree. They put money and threats before the homeowner. These threats are VERY upsetting when you are just barely trying to survive day to day. I can only hope for people with actual care and compassion start to work there. Otherwise, I wish for the heartless people get a nice taste of Karma. CEPCO terrible at returning phone calls and emails. They do not like to be questioned and take an adversarial stance with the residents. I had a recent problem with CEPCO regarding a vendor they hired. Their vendor damaged my property. CEPCO refused several of my requests for the vendors insurance information. I reached out to the owners of CEPCO to seek help, of course my phone calls went unanswered and un- returned. I cannot recommend living in any community that is managed by CEPCO. Caveat Emptor

CEPCO is the absolute worst ever? One example: took them a year and a half to fix a new irrigation system in Bridgeport @Windsor Park despite numerous calls and emails from various neighbors. Victoria of CEPCO, emailed me she’d sent multiple results to the company responsible for fixing the system but they never responded. My reply was “isn’t that your job? Isn’t that what we pay you for?” They finally fixed the issue when I let her know there was a discussion amongst the neighbors of seeking legal representation. There was ... read more

I continue to be amazed at how many HOA residents believe the hired management company, CEPCO, is "running" the community. They work directly for the Board of Directors. If you don't like what's going on in the community, you need to interact with your Board. Having typed that, as a Board member for 3 years, I would recommend CEPCO without reservation. Our Association Manager is well informed, experienced, and wealth of information and guidance.

Please know that if you rent or own any unit managed by this company, at anytime they can change the HOA regulations and only allow you to run you washer, dryer and dishwasher between the hours of 8 am - 10 pm. They will find any possible way to fine you, lights on your porch being on, your neighbor complaining about noise when you’re not home, the tags on your vehicle being expired. After reading all the negative reviews of Cepco I must agree with all of them . I have had the unpleasure of dealing with Cepco I was trying to put a garage up Didn’t want to spend money before I got approval from them and tried to explain that to them they said that’s the way the GAME is played. So I spent $2600 for architectural plans and more and they denied telling me I can’t have a two car attached and two car detached garage only total three car is allowed But my neighbors have what I’m asking for.
