Cancelled my appointment twice. Both same day with about 1-2 hours notice and no explanation why. Won't give them a third chance.

God awful service. Arrived with my son for his appointment on time for 4:15pm. 45 min later we just left. I totally understand cuts going later, squeezing someone else in slightly before that make times a bit later….but nobody even said hello! Or checked in to see what was up. What a joke man. 0 barber shop feel to this place. If I could rate lower, I would. You would think you would keep tabs on who is coming and going through your front door. Absolutely fantastic cut on my son’s longer hair! Incredible, incredible staff. My son is very picky on who and how his hair is cut, but this place really surprised him. He got layers done along side a precision scissor cut. Will definitely be using them again, satisfied!!! Wish I could’ve tipped them!!!

Showed a picture of a two-block and Susan, my barber, cut it perfectly. Was pretty impressed by the accuracy and I'm happy that it looks good. Also the hair wash here is mad satisfying. Thanks!
