Follow up from previous one star review: Cenvar was true to their word and did not ask for any payment until we were completely satisfied. The seams on the roof and the poorly installed dormer trim were repaired. Communication remained great throughout the process. I think that going forward my advice would be to address customer dissatisfaction immediately, without having to involve reviews to get a response. From the first meeting for a quote that was provided promptly and with a good overview of the project, to scheduling, quality of products, quality of work, zero percent financing and all encompassing guarantee I highly recommend Cenvar Roofing. Everyone was willing to assist with questions. The estimate was accurate. They stuck to the timeline as promised and the roof is beautiful. I would say 4.7 but looks like you have to pick 4 or 5, so closer to a 5. Very pleased with service and product.
