Had appointment for 6:45, waited 30 minutes after which I left and no one bothered to tell they wouldn’t have enough time for me, just let me wait and didn’t check on me. Very very bad service.
Don’t ever come here. When you make an appointment, they ask you what time you’re coming. But even when you come on time, they have you waiting almost an hour EVERY single time. There’s no point in asking what time I’ll be there if you’ll be busy. I’m NEVER coming back here again.
started going here almost 2 years when I first moved to Fremont& I always leave happy!!! I dont trust anyone but Minnie with my waxing! She gets every ingrown i cant see or get myself!! She is the sweetest person and treats me like family everytime I come in. Minnie & her staff really care about their clients going above and beyond! Absolutely love this nail place! I called for a chance to be seen last minute and I'm so glad I did. Not only did Minnie did a phenomenal job on my nails, she really went above and beyond in the quality. I will absolutely be a returning customer!
