There was no security event
I would give CenturyLink 'zero stars' if it was a selection. CenturyLink should NOT encourage Seniors to get a landline when the old and broken CenturyLink lines are just that 'proven old and broken' and the landline will not work and the elderly person cannot use their emergency buttons. And don't bother calling the 800 customer service because no matter how many times you tell them it is a MEDICAL EMERGENCY and MEDICALLY NECESSARY for a 90 year old, they don't seem to care and the customer service is not in this country.
