Horrible service. Didn't have Internet for over 2 weeks. Had 4 repair orders in and received confirmation each time from CenturyLink. I spent over 3.5 hours on the phone with promises of repair person coming out. No one ever showed. I finally had to go to a independent CenturyLink dealer who was kind enough to call for me. He had the "escalation" repair number. After spending over 45 minutes with that person, I finally had service late the next day. No one came to my door, so I'm guessing this all could have been resolved mu... read more
