They use bait and switch ads on Google. They list really cheap condos and then try to to pressure into something else. Their tactics seem heavy handed.
Contacted realtor about a house its been a week and the guy never even bothered to reach out to me after I tried numerous times. The only thing he did was have me register on their website and he still didn't contact me. I sent another email to another agent and again no contact. Guess these people didn't want my business or money.
We only dealt with one realtor from this group, but based off of his performance, we will never use them again. He failed to perform basic duties as a realtor such as communicating effectively with the seller agent and sending an amendment when we couldn't close on our scheduled date. And I verified this because I had to contact the seller agent myself toward the end due to the lack of communication.
