Very corrupt agents and the owner of century 21 is a whack. Ross duty is the thug for Roz Kaplan, do not retain this real estate firm and especially Ross Doody, he read Bernie Madoff's handbook, it's just a matter of time before his real estate license is revoked and he is in jail. Ross Doody has been sanctioned by the New Hampshire and Vermont board of realtors for unethical practices.
Susan Latham is the worst agent I ever knew. She kept ignoring my emails to submit an offer to a house that I was interested in. Finallly she replied and said she was taking care of another client. What? Why didn't she say so earlier?
Roz Kaplan with all her so-called smiles and sincere compassion as she is telling you the same time she's looking out for your best interest, this woman is only concerned about how much money she can put in her pocket only concerned about her best interest and will throw you to you to the wolves as soon as look at you. If you want a true compassionate agent to work with and for you look hard and deep before you retain century 21.
