They were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly.
On the same day that I contacted them, this firm was able to service my refrigerator. Although the repair was expensive, the service technician was extremely educated and urged us to evaluate all possibilities (repair vs replace). There is no pressure at all. The tech arrived on time and completed the job as promised. The refrigerator is up and working again, hopefully for many more years!
