I hired Century Upholstery for several pieces for a client install. The day before installation, they informed me nothing was ready — forcing me to cancel my entire install and multiple other teams at a cost of $1,300. Asking for more time is one thing, but failing to communicate is another. When the pieces finally arrived, the workmanship was sloppy and I was mortified that these were the pieces delivered to my clients. Upon the advice of an interior designer, we contacted Century Uphostery concerning an antique rocking chair that had been in the family for years. The seat springs were falling out so it needed to be rebuilt as well as reupholstered. I sent pictures, got a quote and an estimate of the amount of fabric needed. I contracted for chair pick up and delivery. It is very easy to communicate with this company and we never set foot in the factory. The end result was beautiful and the cost reasonable.

I found Century Upholstery on Google and I am so glad I did. I talked to a bunch of local upholsterers and Century is by far the best priced and Anna on the phone is SUPER helpful. They've done custom couches, a banquette and a headboard for me -- all are perfect and exactly what I asked for. Couldn't be happier with the final products. HIGHLY recommend for all your upholstery and custom furniture needs!
