I’m not one to ever really leave reviews but I woke up this morning thinking about the girl at J501 Aniya She spoke so much life into me and the property and the residents she was very patient and didn’t look at me crazy when I told her I couldn’t afford this she recommended me to the companys others properties in the area so fingers crossed if there’s one thing this property needs to do is give that girl a raise because she is awesome seriously the property was clean and quiet and pet friendly so that’s a plus but I really ... read more
We lived here for a few years and had an amazing experience. First, the staff are incredible - from the leasing team to the maintenance crew, everyone always went out of their way to be supportive, friendly, and welcoming. When we experienced a minor leak in the bathroom, the team addressed the situation promptly, and after the repair, left the space cleaner than they found it. I think it’s a beautiful property with really awesome staff. I really like the gym and dog park, it’s always clean. This property is a breath of fresh air!
Since Deb has stepped in as Manager, the property has truly thrived. The team as a whole is efficient, kind, and passionate about the community. Maintenance responds quickly, and the office staff is always delightful to work with.
