This review is regarding the management of J 501 Estates more than it is about the apartment complex itself. I used to live in this complex before Covid, and recently moved back to the area and wanted to live here again. The complex is now managed under Jefferson Apartment Group, and if they still run this place when you are leasing, RUN AWAY!!! (There's a TL;DR at the end for those that don't like long reviews). I had a last minute opportunity to tour the property with AB while visiting a friend in the area. Despite not having an appointment, AB was accommodating, attentive, & personable throughout my visit, & answered all my questions thoroughly. The property, amenities, & atmosphere left me impressed to say the least. Would highly recommend!
Stay away and if you live there document everything and never do things via talking. You will be charged even a year later with no follow up or any info
Monica was very helpful from the beginning until the end; I love and appreciate my welcome home items I received. I love the community, the staff, and the area. I'm going to love it here. AB was extremely helpful as well and pleasant.
