I live on the third floor of this building and I would highly recommend anyone looking at this building to avoid moving here. It's been a nightmare from the start. The building is located right next to the elevated train. The noise caused by passing trains is unbelievable. Especially during rush hour, since the building is located so close to Merchandise Mart, the noise is constant and very, very loud.
