Maintenance is agressive, neighbors small-town snobby, unresponsive manager, electric bill due to old AC compressors & heat exchangers is prohibitive, Supervisor for property is excellent however and the family that owns the property are local as of April 2024.

I’m actually making this review for my boyfriend. I guess I should’ve read the reviews because every review I’ve read is every reason he wants to leave. The people here are pretty nice but like everyone says it’s a very old apartment complex. They refuse to fix the ACs and you will have an extremely high electric bill. And they do go up on rent and for what… because these apartments are most definitely not worth even $800 they get away with so much because of the older tenants. If you are looking to rent in San Angelo you can do better. I have lived here 5+ years and have seen many move due to the increase in rent every lease, without as mentioned any renovations to apartments. I invited family over last summer and the grills they have on the patio were also non functional, some appliances very from apartment to apartment but I have seen appliances such as stoves that are 30 years old. And yes A.C unit will run up your bill quite a lot and need repairs when in constant use in summer. Currently look... read more
Very run down. Yearly rent increases, yet no interior improvements made. They certainly don't value their tenants.
