A business with poor communication. I paid on time or early for 4 years and my most recent invoice was mailed to the wrong address. The owner made no effort to contact me other than mailing the wrong address on file and I was evicted as soon as he was able to. When asked about it after the fact, he said “he did what the state statues require him to do” making no effort to call or reach out another way.
