Roof Leaking: Lost lots of stuff... management don't care! – Poor maintenance of the property led to roof leaking and lots of water damage in my unit. I informed the manager many times about it and they did not do anything. When I moved out and witnessed the extent of the damage, the manager said it's not their problem since I signed a release of responsibility.
