Ivette helped us get into our storage unit after we lost our key, and it was so hot today!! She made the process fast and easy and gave us a generous amount of water to make sure we stayed hydrated and in top of that she checked back in with us for more. I love being treated like an actual person when I’m out and they treated us like family!!!
Great customer service, expedited lock cut services
We found ourselves in need of storage immediately on a Saturday afternoon. We stopped in and found Ivette and the entire staff to be warm, welcoming and eager to earn our business. The facility is well kept, clean and reasonably priced. It is well lit and easily accessible. We would recommend you contact them before deciding on your storage needs.
I called to ask about storage unit pricing and had a great experience. The staff on the phone were super helpful and really took the time to explain the different unit sizes and rates. They were patient, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process easy to understand. You can tell they care about customer service. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you’re looking for storage!
