Honestly, i would give 5 star to the doctor and the nurses. But, front desk administration is confusing. Before the appointment, They asked me to pay difference the insurance wouldn't cover. I had confirmed it twice before going to the procedure. But, when it was time to pay they charged the whole amount and made no insurance claim by themselves. This is not fair.
We had our sons lip and tongue tie done and we are very happy with our level of care and information received before and after. I was really worried about the post care, but we were able to go in twice and message at any time we had questions or concerns. Recovery went really well and the surgery itself was so quick. We are happy we went through Century Stone!
