The office staff is the best!
There's many reasons to love this place. Samantha was so helpful during my moving process. She's a hard working, honest person whom I trust. The maintenance is awesome. When I moved in the townhome looked great, and for a non-emergency maintenance request it was handled the next day. I love being so close to Heritage Park, and the pool is well-maintained. Highly recommend!
I’ve had more problems at my new apartment than I’ve had at Century Square and I lived there for 8 years. Sam is incredible and is always there to help when needed. Maintenance is speedy and they always make sure you’re taken care of. I regret moving because it truly did feel like home. They’re willing to listen and work with you on any problems or issues and they truly care about their tenants.
So happy to be living here, it is honestly a breath of fresh air from my previous townhome. Everyone in the office is amazing!!! Sam is beyond helpful and caring. My neighbors are so friendly and everyone is always respectful. Even living closer to one of the entrances it is not noisy or disruptive at all. So happy I moved and I see myself being here for a long time!!!!
I'm going on my 2-year anniversary living here at Century Square. Maintenance iand the office manager Samantha have been a pleasure. I am impressed with how fast they come out soon as you call they check my air filter every 6 months I don't ever have to wait if I call for repairs. The entire process has been an absolute delight. I can't express how happy I am to be here at Century Square I don't know if I ever want to move until I actually buy a house! I wish I could take the whole staff with me.
