I really appreciate everyone from the century square office (Sam and Nikki) and the maintenance crew (Rob and Chris) anytime I have a question or a concern they always handle it with no problem…..
must say Samantha and Nikky really blew my mind by their exceptional support and help in getting me approved. They were nice, my approval and move was seamless unlike their sister community, it took them 3 weeks before they told me they couldn't approve me because they couldn't verify my employment...bunch of lazy people, I practically got everything they needed cos they were too lazy to conduct a search. I am a current resident and want to thank the management (Samantha) and maintenance team (Rob & Chris) for the great job they do maintaining the property. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, and the team is especially attentive during the winter months, ensuring snow and ice are cleared promptly and common areas are safe. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their efforts truly make a positive difference for residents.
I have resided here at Century Square Townhomes, since 2/1/2014. I have to say the pool is always clean to swim in. The maintenance, the manager's have always been wonderful to work with. If I need maintenance, it's done within 1-2 days. It did take some time, put my new carpet, is just amazing!!
The office staff is the best!
