Century Slate did a fantastic job on my roof installation! I highly recommend them for slate and copper work. The roof is beautiful! I also referred them to a friend who had a cedar shake roof, and she was very pleased with their work, so sounds like they can do it all. I was so impressed by how polite and helpful they were. They answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished too.
I have an older house, with a wood shake roof that needed to be replaced. These guys came out and did a beautiful job, and finished ahead of schedule. The crew was very nice and courteous.
I can't say enough how much I appreciate the crew at Century Slate. They are always courteous and professional. They are always eager to explain what they are doing, and answer all of my questions. They have completed two jobs for me, and I have been extremely pleased both times. I recommend them to anyone needing work on slate, copper, or wood roofing.
They used scrap pieces of metal on my copper roof and soldered them together. I didn't know this until I physically went up on the roof years later. The purposely used scrap where one would not be able to see it from standing on the ground. Owner is very rude on the phone and not willing to admit fault.
