I used to work there. Fell behind on the curve when it came to chinese style blinds and transitional. And have only one fabric cutter to square every blind on every order just for that syle of blind. Sacrifice quality with quanity
Gloria was very helpful, but it was disappointing that the chipped blind could not be repaired. Gloria recommeded moving it to position where it may be less visible.
