If I could rate below 1 start, I would. The absolute worst product and customer service I have ever received. After purchasing a security system and install for $2,000 I had buyer's remorse the same day and asked for them to come back, take their product back and issue me a refund. I was basically told it wasn't their problem. No returns. They sold me a worthless security system, no link to the police department. And ignored my requests though I made it clear how dissatisfied I was with their product. Take this as a warning.... read more
